The Blue Zones were not built. They were inherited. This estate is an attempt to build one on purpose.
The differentiator
Bahamas Longevity Hospital is planned for 2027, subject to regulatory approval. The ambition is simple: physicians, diagnostics and follow up become neighbours rather than partners at a distance.
Until the hospital opens, medical and wellness services continue through the on site Wellness Clinic. The anticipated opening timeline is subject to change.
The residences
Eighteen residences in four types, along a single private lane of 470 metres, each set back in its own garden. Layouts, finishes, extended plots and staff quarters are defined with the architects before construction. Ownership is freehold, in your name. No property is sold on a leasehold or fractional basis.

The Beach Club
White sand, a living reef a few strokes out, and a boardwalk from the pine grove to the water. The Beach Club is a second address that comes with the residence, in addition to the Country Club, and it is reserved for residences and club members.

Participation in the letting programme is optional and is documented in a separate agreement. No rental income, occupancy or yield is guaranteed. A hotel licence for the estate has not been granted.
